FAQ

TranzactCard is (a) the digital and plastic transaction card that carries the approved Visa® bank card brand and can be used anywhere in the world that Visa is accepted, and (b) the public-facing brand of the TranzactCard Financial Ecosystem.

Your bank card comes with your TranzactCard Account, a banking account like the checking accounts traditional banks offer. To use your bank card, you'll need to deposit funds into your account.

It is a privately developed members-only ecosystem that includes state-of-the art financial technologies and an e-commerce platform for the purpose of creating economic uplift for its member constituents in ways not available in any other product or system in the USA.

TranzactCard LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of TZT Holdings LLC. TZT Holdings owns the brand "TranzactCard" and the TranzactCard Financial Ecosystem. While the entire ecosystem is designed to operate like a self-perpetuating for-profit enterprise, its structure is more akin to a foundation, trust, or not-for-profit organization, where the majority of proceeds are returned to the benefit of its constituents, the TranzactCard Members, rather than a handful of shareholders. TranzactCard is managed by a board of directors and supported by an experienced executive team.

TranzactCard works with banking fee structures and manufacturer distribution systems to rearrange profits and pricing, making products and services more affordable. Every time you use your Tranzactcard for purchases and paying bills, Visa processes the transaction and charges an interchange fee to merchants for the service. TranzactCard receives a portion of this fee.

Tranzactcard negotiates with manufacturers to receive the best pricing on Z-Club merchandise, then passes those savings on to the customer in the Z-Club and the Z-Bucks program.

This is how TranzactCard can continue building new and better products and services for members to get the most from their money.

In order to open a bank account in the US it is required to prove a customer is a real person, not a bot, and that this is not a stolen identity. Sometimes we may need more information to verify your identity to keep your information and the financial platform safe.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following forms of identification:

  • A valid, unexpired state-issued driver's license or identification card
  • A valid, unexpired U.S. passport or U.S. passport card
  • A valid, unexpired permanent residence card

If you are unable to provide one of the documents above, we will not be able to verify your identity and, unfortunately, cannot open an account for you.

Go to TranzactCard.com and select Log in on the navigation bar. Then, for your security, an active phone number must be entered and is required to access your TranzactCard Account. When your phone number is entered, a text with a unique verification code will be sent and used to log in.

This verification code is for your use only and should not be shared with anyone. We'll never reach out to you directly on social media, by text, or by email to request this information.

Your card will arrive within 3-5 days after you open your new account. If you don't receive your card within two weeks, you can request a new one online.

Currently, TranzactCard does not offer business accounts. Cards are issued to individual US residents with a social security number. An individual may use their card for any legal activity, including personal or business expenses, but it is not considered a business account under state and federal guidelines.

Upon logging in to the banking app, go to 'See full account number' next to your account name, and a box will open to display your account and routing number.

In the U.S., almost all funds being transferred between banks move through the Automated Clearing House, or ACH, so when there's a bank holiday, you may notice that funds you're expecting to arrive will show up a day or so later than anticipated.

The main reason for this is simple: ACH doesn't operate on weekends or bank holidays. This applies to all deposits that use ACH, including payroll for most employers, unemployment or disability benefits, and deposits you've initiated from your own 3rd-party bank in our app.

An employer will collect the banking information—including bank account number and bank routing number—of its employees and vendors. The employee will then send its payroll instructions to its bank, which then passes that information to the Automated Clearing House (ACH). The ACH operator sorts the ACH entries and ensures that each instruction is routed to the correct financial institution for each employee's paycheck. Upon receiving the ACH instructions, the employees' banks then process the payment and credit the employees' accounts with routing and account numbers to deposit directly into the employee's corresponding account.

There's no limit to the amount of money that you can have in your account, and you don't have to worry about maintaining a minimum balance to keep your account open!
